Payment
You can pay by any, Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card, a £ sterling bank draft, or direct bank transfer to our bank – contact us for full details.
The prices displayed on are web site are in British pounds but you may use our Currency Exchange to estimate the price of goods in other currencies. The "currency converter" is only a guide for current exchange rates, your bank makes the conversion to your own currency.
Your credit card account will not be debited until goods ready for dispatch.

Prices
Our prices are shown on our website. The prices do NOT include UK VAT @15%. This will be added to all EEC orders. Export orders will not be charged VAT. EEC trade orders (except UK) may fax their order on company letterhead with their EEC Vat no, and VAT will not be charged.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
We aim for Next Day UK, Ireland and most of Europe; will use the most cost effective Postal Service, including Royal Mail Special Delivery. We use fast and reliable courier services, such asUPS and TNT. You may submit your own courier account no. If unsure please contact us for details of the postage cost.

Dispatch of your order...

Delivery and Postage Costs
Delivery to UK addresses...
All orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24hr courier service, TNT or UPS. Therefore, you should normally receive your items the next working day after you have placed your order.
Please allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Delivery to International addresses...
We normally dispatch all orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders delivered to International addresses are normally delivered using International courier services such as TNT or UPS. You normally can expect to receive your items within 1-3 working days, depending on service, after you have placed your order.

Returns and Refunds...
We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but there may be occasions were you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you return an item to us which is faulty, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, we'll give you a refund or exchange. Customers returning goods, through no fault of RF Concepts, will not have original post cost refunded, and may be subject to a handling charge. Simply return the item to us in its original condition with your receipt within 7 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Please include a short note to say why you are returning the product, and include your name, address and, if possible, your invoice number.
